Valor accepts as payment cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, certified checks, and company checks (must be pre-approved). COD orders are also accepted. COD fees will be added to your order. Valor offers open account status upon approval of credit. You may download our Dealer/Credit Application on our website or contact your sales representative for one.
All prices are subject to prices prevailing at the time of order placement and are subject to change without notice. Valor Corporation will have no obligation to refund or credit prices that have been changed prior to the time of order placement.
All non-drop ship orders less than $1,000 will be charged a $2.50 handling fee. We do provide drop ship service for a $5.00 handling fee on orders under $10 and a $2.50 handling fee for $10 and over.
Valor will prepay the freight on all non-firearm orders in the continental USA totaling more than $500 of shippable merchandise excluding ammunition and over sized items. All handgun orders will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail with signature confirmation. Any other method of shipment will be at the request of the customer. COD fees, oversize charges, lift gate charges, hazardous materials charges and limited access delivery charges will be paid by the customer on all orders. Special Orders and Clearance Merchandise will be shipped F.O.B. Sunrise, Florida. Minimum order for Export is $500.
Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All non-defective returns should be in original unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. Returns to Valor of non-defective merchandise after 30 days from the invoice date from Valor to the purchaser and refused items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Valor is not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 30 days. Please contact your salesperson for manufacturer return information. Firearms that have been fired are considered used and will not be accepted by Valor (manufacturer warranty will apply).
Call in all orders in advance of pick-up. Please allow at least 1 business day for processing. A minimum order for pick-up at our warehouse is $50.
There is a $25.00 service charge on all checks returned the first time due to insufficient funds. All checks will be redeposited. Checks returned a second time will be charged $35.00 and the amount of the check.
